"I have lived with many Zen masters, all of them cats."
Zen Cat Yoga is a small yoga studio on the south end of Terre Haute. A variety of yoga classes are offered in an intimate setting for all levels. Class sizes are small, allowing for more specialized attention. Special workshops/events are offered throughout the year.
We offer a variety of group classes, from intro/beginner to yin to vinyasa/hatha. Each of our classes are all levels. If you have never tried yoga, we encourage you to look into our intro series, but we will work with you in any of our classes to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Yoga Therapy is a healing modality that uses various tools to empower an individual to alleviate suffering, whether mental or physical. Through various yogic therapies such as movement, awareness practices, breathing, meditation, and guided visualization, we will work with you to help you regain balance and vitality in your life.
Workshops & Events
Join us for workshops, events, and private get-togethers. In the past, we have hosted women's groups and office retreats, as well as mala, vision board, and macrame workshops. We have had yoga for wedding groups and even a kittens and yoga day, with all proceeds going to a local rescue.
